Miniature Spinning Scroll Compressor
The P04H005A-BLDC-SPN is a miniaturized, high-performance, spinning scroll compressor developed for mobile applications.
Air Squared has pushed the limits of scale and performance with the design of the P04H005A-BLDC-SPN spinning scroll compressor. Utilizing concentric motion of the fixed and orbiting scroll, the P04H005A-BLDC-SPN achieves high-performance output and efficiency in an extremely compact, circular footprint. Weighing only 76 grams, the compressor is capable of 3 lpmv at a maximum discharge pressure of 1 barg.
After successfully testing initial P04H005A-BLDC-SPN prototypes, Air Squared will identify an integrated BLDC motor solution that will be incorporated in next-generation prototypes.
