We document all requirements and acceptance criteria in our work order system. We adhere to all inspection, testing, and traceability requirements. A formal corrective and preventive action program resolves all customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner and to the complete satisfaction of the customer.
Air Squared Manufacturing has several strategic supplier partnerships that enable us to purchase custom-designed product. These suppliers have agreed to and have been formally audited according to our strict quality system requirements. Our machine shops utilize the latest in quality inspection equipment, including computer-controlled coordinate measuring machines. First article and in-process inspection reports are required for custom manufactured product before our receiving personnel can even accept it.
All completed products at Air Squared Manufacturing are tested by one of our calibrated Data Acquisition test systems. Test reports are made available to our customers via hard copy or electronic copy via email. Every unit shipping out of our facility must meet either our internal test and quality requirements or the requirements established by our customers.
