Financial Analyst – Project Administrator

Air Squared administers and performs development contracts for both private corporations and government entities such as NASA, DOE, NSF, and DOD. We are seeking a motivated, self-directed, and financially astute individual to get involved in a wide range of
financial, administrative, and accounting responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Financial analysis of contracts and jobs
  • Updating schedules and budgets throughout the year
  • Financial reporting to management
  • Assisting the engineering and sales department in developing budgets for proposals
  • Following schedules and ensuring that jobs get invoiced per the project
  • Contract administration
  • Assisting with the daily account tasks of AR, AP, and normal GL entries
  • Following schedules and ensuring that jobs get invoiced per the project
  • External reporting to customers
  • Job accounting
  • Other responsibilities as required

Qualifications

  • BS in Business Administration with a concentration in either Finance or Accounting
  • Person who is motivated, self-directed, and a problem solver
  • References from previous employers or instructors
