The Colorado-based company has completed an expansion into a new facility 35 minutes from Denver International Airport. The 22,000 square foot space is two-and-a-half times larger than the previous location and strategically situated between Denver and Boulder.

With sales and the number of employees increasing dramatically since 2012, Air Squared required more room to increase capacity, assist scroll technology research and development, and support future growth. A new facility offering a number of improvements was found less than one mile from the previous location in beautiful Broomfield, CO.

The new facility allows for immediate acquisition of additional high-capacity computer numerical control machines (CNC), supporting demand for a growing line of oil-free scroll products. Fabrication of key components in-house has reduced cost and delivery across the entire product line.

Air Squared scroll products are often used in tightly regulated industries, such as aerospace and health care. The new facility supports an improved quality system, with investment in automated testing, advanced inspection equipment, and dedicated quality assurance areas.
